Zoe is a delusional young woman who claims she has been on the island for close to 10 years. She has five friends who are sport balls. She is the main antagonist of the film. First, she was believed to have crash landed on the island, but in the end, she reveals that she intentionally came to the island to look for treasure. She kidnaps Jeanette and forces her to get all the treasure since she is small enough to reach it. However, Dave and Alvin rescue her, stopping Zoe from both harming Jeanette and getting the treasure. She sees her opportunity to get revenge on Dave for making her lose the treasure by killing him, as he hangs on a broken log bridge for his life. Luckily, a changed Ian comes to his rescue and persuades Zoe to do the right thing and help Dave up. After everyone escapes the island, Zoe sincerely apologizes to Jeanette for her actions. Jeanette forgives her and gives her a valuable gold tiara that Simon/Simone gave her, feeling that she deserves it more.
In the end, Ian reveals that he sold Zoe's story to Hollywood and actress Keira Knightley has expressed in playing her. This has restored Ian's career.
She has only appeared in Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked. In the beginning of the film she is not seen, but soon she is found by The Chipmunks and The Chipettes. She then shows them her friends. She told the Chipmunks that she had crash-landed on the island and has stranded been there for eight or nine years, though she later reveals this to be untrue as she intentionally came to the island hoping to find the treasure. The real duration of her time there is left unknown.
