Zachary Levi Pugh (born September 29, 1980) is an American televison actor and singer best known for his roles as Kipp Steadman in Less than Perfect and Chuck Bartowski in Chuck.

He portrays Toby Seville in the second CGI/live-action film Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel.
