because Toby Seville and Aunt Jackie were in it and Dave Seville was unable to be in the same scenes with Ian Hawke due to Dave being in the hospital for most of the film and also Ian Hawke should've appeared in Alvin & The Chipmunks: The Road Chip where he could stop Dave from grounding the Chipmunks and stop Samantha from punishing Miles meaning that Toby Seville and Aunt Jackie should've appeared in Alvin & The Chipmunks: The Road Chip instead of having to be in Alvin & The Chipmunks: The Squeakquel.
