Chipmunk song HQ

Christmas, Christmas time is near
Time for toys and time for cheer
We've been good, but we can't last
Hurry Christmas, hurry fast

Want a plane that loops the loop
Me I want a hula hoop
We can't hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas don't be late

Want a plane that loops the loop
I still want a hula hoop
We can hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas don't be late

We can hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas don't be late

Dave:
Alright you Chipmunks, ready to sing your song?

Simon:
I'd say we are.

Theodore:
Yeah, let's sing it now.

Dave:
Okay Simon?

Simon:

Dave:

Theodore:
Okay.

Dave:
Okay Alvin? Alvin? ALVIN!

Alvin:

The Chipmunks:

Time for toys and time for cheer
We've been good, but we can't last
Hurry Christmas, hurry fast

Want a plane that loops the loop

Alvin:
Me I want a hula hoop

The Chipmunks:
We can't hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas don't be late

Dave:
Okay fellas, get ready. That was very good Simon.

Simon:
Naturally.

Dave:
Very good Theodore.

Theodore:
Ahahaha.

Dave:
Ah Alvin, you were a little flat. Watch it.
Ah Alvin. Alvin? ALVIN!

Alvin:
Okay!

The Chipmunks:
Want a plane that loops the loop

Alvin:
I still want a hula hoop

The Chipmunks:
We can hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas don't be late

We can hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas don't be late

Dave:
Alright fellas, ready to sing your song?

Simon & Theodore:
I'd say we are.

Dave:
Ready Alvin? Alvin? ALVIN!

The Chipmunks:
Christmas, Christmas time is near
Time for joy and time for cheer

Dave:
Hold it Alvin, you're a little flat.
Let's try it again.

Alvin:
We've been good, but we

Dave:
Hold it Alvin

Alvin:
Can't last

I can't concentrate Dave.
Let's take a break.

Dave:
Take a break!

Alvin:
Thanks Dave!

Santa Claus:
Alvin rushed out of the studio and over to the home of Tommy Waterford.
Tommy was lying in bed looking very, very pale.
Why he hardly had the strength to smile when Alvin entered the room.
Being a new boy in school, Tommy didn't have any friends and that certainly didn't make him any healthier.
So when Alvin asked him to be his friend, well I was certain that Tommy looked healthier right then and there for you see friendship is a wonderful medicine.
Before Alvin left for the recording studio, he gave Tommy a very special Christmas present, his very own golden Echo Harmonica.

Alvin:
I never cease to amaze myself, a heart of gold.

Santa Claus:
Ah, yes.
Well anyway, a few minutes later Alvin burst in the recording studio with renewed energy.

Alvin:
Hello everybody!

Simon & Theodore:
Hi Alvin!

Dave:
Alright you Chipmunks, ready to sing your song?

Simon & Theodore:
I'd say we are.

Dave:
Ready Alvin?

Alvin:
Ready when you are Dave.

The Chipmunks:
Christmas, Christmas time is near
Time for joy and time for cheer
We've been good, but we can't last
Hurry Christmas, hurry fast

Want a plane that loops the loop

Alvin:
Me I want a hula hoop

The Chipmunks:
We can hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas don't be late

Alvin:
Dave, I've been asking for the hula hoop for years.
I would like to ask for something new, like roller skates or a new stereo.
But I just got to get that hula hoop first.
Please Dave.
I feel I've been very patient.

Dave:
Alvin, just finish the song.
We'll talk about it later.

The Chipmunks:
Want a plane that loops the loop

Alvin:
I still want a hula hoop

The Chipmunks:
We can hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas don't be late

We can hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas don't be late

Dave:
Very good boys!
Oh Alvin, this came for you while you were singing.

Alvin:
A hula hoop!
Gee, thanks Dave.
Now I would like some roller skates, a stereo, a swimming pool, and, yes, a computer tennis game.
And my very own bedroom.

Theodore:
Wake up Santa.

Santa Claus:
Yes. Oh, now where was I?
Oh, I remember.
So Rudolph flew out the window.

Alvin:
That's the wrong story Santa.
I had just unselfishly given my beloved harmonica away.

Santa Claus:
Given your hama-
Oh yes, yes, that's right; now I remember.
The next day while the boys were decorating the Christmas tree, Dave entered the room.

Dave:
You know boys with Christmas get around the corner, why don't we take a few minutes to think about what this holiday really means.

The Chipmunks:
Presents!

Dave:
Well Christmas isn't just presents.

The Chipmunks:
It's not?

Dave:
Nope and as a matter of fact I just finished writing a song about the meaning of Christmas that I want ya to sing.
Here are the words, and Alvin, please sing them correctly.

Alvin:
You got it Dave.

Simon:
Oh Theodore. Do you hear that poor animal?

Theodore:
That's no animal. That's Alvin learning how to play the saxophone.

Simon:
Does he know which end to blow in?

Alvin:
Everyone tells me to forget the harmonica. The sax is the instrument of the 90s.
And it's all because of Kenny G. I could kill him!.

Kenny G:
Hey Alvin.

Alvin:
Kenny! Hahaha, what a present surprise. Ah, listen.
Can you teach me how to play this thing?

Kenny G:
Well, ah I'd love to Alvin, but ah, I'm really busy.

Alvin:
Hahahaho, well let me tell you something Mr. multi-platinum, Grammy big-shot.
You'd better be offly nice to the little people you meet on the way up
'cause you meet the same ones on the way down.

Kenny G:
Simon, is he always this obnoxious?

Simon:
Always.

Kenny G:
Alright, look. You put your fingers here.

Alvin:
Great, thanks Kenny. Now do I suck or blow?

Simon:
You definitely suck.

Alvin:
Okay. Here goes. How about them apples?

Kenny G:
Well, that's not a, a terrible start.
But do you mind if I show you how it's suppose to sound?

Simon & Theodore:
Show him, please!

Alvin:
Simon, I think he's a little threatened by my natural ability.

Simon:
Oh yeah. That must be it.

The Chipmunks:
Christmas, Christmas time is near
Time for toys and time for cheer
We've been good, but we can't last
Hurry Christmas, hurry fast

Want a plane that loops the loop

Alvin:
Me I want a hula hoop

The Chipmunks:
We can't hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas don't be late

Want a plane that loops the loop
He still wants his hula hoop
We can hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas don't be late

We can hardly stand the wait
Please Christmas don't be late

Theodore:
Ah, that was beautiful!

Simon:
Awesome!

Kenny G:
Thanks guys. What do you think Alvin?

Alvin:
Ahahaha, thank you soo much for coming.

Kenny G:
Sure, it was a lot of fun. I had a great time.

Alvin:
Ahaha, you can go now.

Kenny G:
Don't you want me to stay and show you a few more notes, ah-

Alvin:
You can GO now.

Kenny G:
Okay, so long fellas.

Simon & Theodore:
Bye!

Alvin:
Okay boys, now let's play this baby the way it was meant to be played.

Simon & Theodore:
Mr. G, wait for us!

The Chipmunks:
Christmas, Christmas time is near
Time for toys and time for cheer
We've been good, but we can't last
Hurry Christmas, hurry fast

Want a plane that loops the loop

Alvin:
Me I want a hula hoop

The Chipmunks:
We can't hardly stand the wait

Alvin:

Canned Heat:

Alvin:
