Lyrics

Alvin:
We hope you've enjoyed the show folks.
And now a word from our cast.
Dave.

Dave:
Thanks a lot for being with us folks.
We hope we've brought you some fun.

Alvin:
Theodore.

Theodore:
Yeah I'll say.

Alvin:
Simon.

Simon:
Thank you very much.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls.

Alvin:
And Clyde Crashcup.

Clyde:
Fellow scientists I hope you have enjoyed this record.
That's rare for rare and cord for cord, record.
I would like to invent a few brief words on how I invented the recording industry.

Alvin:
Hold it Clyde.

Clyde (Alvin):
Well many years ago when I (Wait a minute, Clyde!) was a small lad
I was looking for something (Clyde, will ya stop talking?) hmm, a valentine, so to speak (We don't have much time left!) for the human race and I set upon the idea (Clyde, will ya stop hamming it up?).
