The A-Files: Alien Songs is an album featuring alien or space themed songs from popular TV shows, notably built upon the X-Files theme music. A couple tracks feature alien creatures while humans Coko, from the R&B group Sisters With Voices, and Dave are featured in one track each.

Trivia[]
- Alvin and Brittany portray the roles of Moldy and Scuzzy in the "X-Files Theme."
- The popular conspiracy theory that Elvis Presley is still alive is alluded to in the "X-Files Theme."
- In "Time Warp," Alvin, Simon and Theodore portray the roles of Riff Raff, Dr. Scott, Magenta, and Columbia respectively. Brittany, Jeanette and Eleanor unfortunately do not have roles in the track.
- This is the last Chipmunks album with Jai Winding as a band member.
