Rob Paulsen (March 11, 1956) is an American voice actor and singer, best known as the voice of Raphael in the 1987 cartoon of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Pinky from Pinky and the Brain. Paulsen has provided voices of more than 250 animated characters in TV series and films.
Paulsen provided the voice for Mr. Rochelle in Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet the Wolfman.
