Phil is a character in the direct-to-video film Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet Frankenstein. He is a vain young man with blonde hair who drives the tour bus in the Majestic Studio's theme park. Phil thinks he's a great actor and he is angry for having to waste his "talent" by driving "bus loads of ungrateful vacationers" all day.
