Kaley Christine Cuoco-Sweeting (born November 30, 1985) is an American actress, known for her roles as Bridget Hennessy on the ABC sitcom 8 Simple Rules, Billie Jenkins on the final season of the supernatural drama series Charmed, and Penny on the CBS comedy series The Big Bang Theory. She is also known for voicing Brandy Harrington on the Disney Channel series Brandy and Mr. Whiskers (2004-2006).
She provides Eleanor's speaking voice (replacing Amy Poehler) in the CGI/live-action film Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip.
