The Hawke House
The Hawke House is where Ian Hawke lives in the first CGI/live-action film, Alvin and the Chipmunks. The Chipmunks briefly live here as well after they find a letter claiming they would be better off without Dave. The house itself is a really big and fancy mansion, with a fountain in the courtyard as well as several expansive cars, showing that Ian is very rich. The property is also shown to have a very large garden with a swimming pool.
In the second CGI/live-action film, Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel, Ian and The Chipettes are shown to live in a penthouse.
