Plot[]
Everyone at school is busy playing a game called "Doggone It" when Principal Meadows urges them to class. Everyone is still using their phones during Miss Smith's Sherlock Homes history lesson so she orders the class to leave their phones on her desk. Given a group of students protest their teacher's imprisonment of their phones, Alvin volunteers to get them back. Once in the classroom, he finds that the phones missing and must hide from Miss Smith, but he leaves his hat in the room leading Miss Smith to think Alvin took them. To stay out of trouble, Alvin, who believes he's framed, convinces Miss Smith to let him find the phones by the end of the day. Alvin enlists Simon's help to find the culprit by looking for evidence. The diagnostic of the evidence shows that the thief had a hair cut recently leading Alvin to add Miss Smith to his suspect list. Simon finds the liquid found is saliva, and once again, Alvin believes he knows who it was (Derek in this case), only for the accused to have an alibi. Theodore meets up with them on his phone, which he had kept in his locker. Alvin uses Theo's phone as bait and it attracts the Principal's dog, who leads them to a hole filled with phones. Theodore speaks dog and Alvin rushes to return the phones only to still get in trouble, along with Simon, for skipping their classes.
