In the 1983 series the chipmunks were 8-9. In the live action movies for the first one (most likely 13-14), second movie (14-15) third movie (15) and the fourth movie (16). In the 2015 series according to Janice and Ross in the Munkie Media interview they’re in middle and they’re around 12 years old. However I think Theo and Ellie are 10 and 11 (They look a bit younger), Alvin and Simon are both 12 (They look more like tweens and these two are most likely litter mates), and Jeanette and Britt are around 13 and 14 (They look like teenagers to me. It’s possible they could be the same age, but I don’t think they’re litter mates)

First, I recommend watching this YouTube video I made that explains all the information we know about the age of The Chipmunks in the 2015 series.
AATC Elaborations: How old are the 2015 series Chipmunks? https://youtu.be/Ww-2URGEKJ0
Second, only the 80s series has directly implied that chipmunks as a species in that continuity age at the same rate as humans. So in that continuity, an 8-9 year old chipmunk would be the equivalent of an 8-9 year old child. In the ALVINNN continuity, there are a few moments that suggest they age at a different rate; with usage of terms like “chipmunk years”.
