Annabella "Bella" Avery Thorne (born October 8, 1997) is an American actress, singer, dancer, director and model best known for her television roles as Ruthy Spivey in My Own Worst Enemy and CeCe Jones in Shake It Up.
She portrays Ashley Grey in the fourth CGI/live-action film Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip.
