I, DEmersonJMFM, believe that David Alvinson is qualified and ready to be promoted to a Junior Admin position. He's been an editor on the wiki for just over a year and a council member for the last seven months. He's been a large help primarily with song pages, including lyric corrections and version and video additions. He's also helped with the Alvinnn character list as well as been open to learning and taking on new editing needs.
